Case: DT06
A Patient came to for Root Canal treatment, 2nd lower premolar to be precise. So logically the anatomy of the lower 2nd premolar is as following:

Conclusion
Expect the unexpectable, even though text books say says 99.99% is something, clinically you might be Surprised by something completely out of this world. So Remember, text books are something you follow blindly but they are a guide line that help and guide to reach the optimum results.
